Background

Lorraine is a strategic and human-centred executive education leader with over 15 years of experience across the full learning and development value chain. She brings deep expertise in business development and programme execution, having led client discovery, crafted compelling proposals, and co-designed and implemented complex, high-impact learning solutions aligned to organisational goals.

With a career spanning senior roles at Connemara, the NeuroLeadership Institute South Africa, and GIBS, before joining Cranfield Executive Development, Lorraine has delivered across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, energy, mining, manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, ICT, media, retail, logistics, sport, and the public sector. She is especially passionate about programmes that go beyond skills – those that shift mindsets, enable culture change, and build leadership that drives sustainable transformation. Lorraine is also a skilled conference curator, having designed themes, topics, and speaker line-ups for high-impact learning events.

Lorraine holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership, is a Certified Results-Based Coach (NeuroLeadership Institute), an Insights Discovery accredited practitioner, and a TTI Success Insights® DISC and Driving Forces accredited practitioner. Known for blending commercial insight with systems thinking and operational excellence, Lorraine brings curiosity, care, and rigour to every partnership, shaping learning experiences that enable transformation, performance, and sustainable growth.
